Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability. Most items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to produce. Certain made to order pieces may take up to 8 weeks to produce. Please check the product page for production times associated with your item.
In-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days and will be ready to ship once processed. Currently, we ship via FedEx to the U.S. and U.S Territories. As a convenience for our customers, we provide complimentary Fedex 2-day shipping on all orders. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a link to track your package delivery.
Geoffrey Good orders always come with fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery or need to update any of your shipping details, please reach out to our customer service team prior to the item ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All international shipments are complimentary and generally shipped via DHL or FedEx. All international shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that all additional customs, import duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. For international duty rates please contact your local customs department

Product images are subject to change without notice. All products are photographed to show as much detail as reasonably possible. Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual sizes, and are not shown to scale. The item descriptions indicate approximate dimensions. Also, please note that because computer monitors have different settings, colors and sizes may vary. All total carat weights provided are approximate estimates and may vary within ± 10% of the carat weight. Carat weight for standard-size rings is based on a U.S. size 6 or 7. All of our rings are standard U.S. sizes.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@geoffreygood.com to initiate your return or exchange. All return inquiries will be answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: All sale & customizable items are final sale, and not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, cancellation or price adjustments.
Returns sent past the 10 day window are not eligible for return. Your return must be shipped insured for the full amount of the item, be in new and unworn condition, and sent with a copy of your original invoice via FedEx or UPS to the following address:
